In 2014, British artist Ian Davenport was commissioned to create a 3 x 8 metre painting for the new HANA Building in Singapore's Orchard Area. Colorcade: Hana is notable for being the artist's first major outdoor commission in Southeast Asia. The work was personally installed by the artist in October 2014, and joins his other acclaimed public and outdoor installations including a 48-metre long painting in Soutwark Street in London.
